Orders and lead-times
Most of our articles are on pre-order because they are customised to your requirements. We typically require 6 weeks to make your favours after we have received your order. Please check the description of your preferred article as this may state a longer or shorter time depending on the availability of materials.
If you are in a hurry, there is a range of readily available favours that you can order and received within 2 weeks. These are versatile designs suitable for a variety of occasions so you should be able to find something right for your celebration.
If you see something you like but wish to make some amendments to colour and design, we will be happy to create a custom design for you. This will be managed by phone or email so you won’t be able to place the order on the website. Once we have agreed on the design and price, we will send you an invoice with instructions on how to make the payment. As soon as we receive your payment we can start processing your order and deliver withing the timescale agreed. Make sure you contact us in good time.
You can pay by debit/credit card or using your PayPal account.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and will appear on your statement as Favourstyle Ltd.
With either payment method we initially authorise the payment for the amount shown at checkout, then check our stock levels and lead-times to make sure we can meet your event date, and calculate accurate shipping costs for you (which will never exceed the £20 estimated at checkout). At that point we will take the payment (which could be lower than what you agreed at checkout, but never higher) and start processing your order. This process can take up to a week, whilst we wait for responses from our suppliers, but we are usually a lot faster than that.
We are not VAT registered so all prices and payments are free from VAT.
Shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight and total cost of your order. Below we have a list of estimated costs:
- up to 25 items – £10
- up to 50 items – £15
- up to 100 items – £20
At the time of your order we will authorise a charge of £20 to cover shipping costs, but will then only charge you the appropriate amount once we have calculated weight and size, so you may find that the charge to your card is a little lower that expected.
We also have a budget delivery charge of £3.50 just for samples. This is automatically applied to orders up to £25.
These fees are for shipping to UK mainland only. Please enquire about alternative locations. If the favours contain confectionery we may be limited about the destinations we can ship to.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your order at any time between our order placed email and our order confirmation email. This time may be very short, as we aim to confirm your order promptly, but it may be up to 1 week. Please email us quoting your order number.
Most of our products are made to order and customised with a personalised note with name(s) and date of your event and/or contain treats. For this reason we do not offer returns or refunds after the order has been confirmed, unless there is a fault with the product.
For any other product (ordered from stock, not personalised, not customised, not containing treats) you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the goods to us, at your expense. Goods that are received back unopened and in resalable conditions will be eligible for a full refund.
